National Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that Shri R. G. Rajan has taken over the additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company (NFL) on January 06, 2013, in place of Shri. Sham Lal Goyal, Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers. Further Shri. Sham Lal Goyal shall continue to be Director on the Board of the Company.Source : BSE
