KCP cancellation of record date for interim dividend

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Record Date of February 15, 2013 for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, KCP Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors decided to skip the interim dividend for the current quarter in view of the current market conditions and to conserve resources. In view of above the Record Date and Dividend Payment Date intimated earlier, stands cancelled.Source : BSE
