BCC Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2013, inter alia, have subject to the approval of the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, shareholders, Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed and other relevant regulatory authorities, in principally decided to amalgamate Bhatia Global Trading Limited with the Company.The Board of Directors has also decided to appoint advisors/consultants for Valuation Report, Fairness opinion and other relevant matters.Source : BSE
