Gujarat Craft has allotted 17,75,000 Equity Warrants of Rs 10 each @ premium of Rs 17 per Equity Warrant to Promoters and Promoters Group on Preferential basis in accordance with the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 23, 2013.

Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2013 has allotted 17,75,000 Equity Warrants of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 17/- per Equity Warrant (having right of entitlement of conversion into Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 17/- per Share within 18 months from the date of allotment of Equity Warrants) to Promoters and Promoters Group on Preferential basis in accordance with the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 23, 2013.Source : BSE
