Jagannadham Thununguntla, Strategist & Head of Research, SMC Global Securities Limited is of the view that one should hold TCS. "I feel TCS should move up," he added.

Thununguntla told CNBV-TV18, "I feel TCS should move up. The short covering should take the stock reasonably higher in the short-term and moreover there will be some shift from Infosys to TCS. Infosys appears to be a clear secular bear trend. Some large money which wants to desperately exit Infosys would try to enter TCS. So TCS is appearing to be good even for short-term and medium term, it makes sense to hold on."
