Resignation of Mr. Kazuo Kudo, DirectorDue to re-allocation of duties within the DIC Group, Mr. Kazuo Kudo has vide his letter dated June 13, 2013, tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. He was also a member in the Remuneration Committee.2. Appointment of Mr. Yoshiaki Masuda, Additional DirectorThe Board in its meeting held June 13, 2013 has approved the appointment of Ms. Yoshiaki Masuda, as Additional Director in the Board of Director to hold office from this day forth till the date of next Annual General Meeting. Mr. Masuda is the Regional Managing Director of the holding Company, DIC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., Singapore.As per declaration in Form B received from Mr. Yoshiaki Masuda under Regulation 13(2) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Mr. Masuda does not hold any shares in the Company.Source : BSE
