Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research of Eastern Financiers told CNBC-TV18, " Educomp Solutions ' fourth quarter loss was Rs 160 crore as against a profit of Rs 57 crore in a year ago period. The issue of corporate governance is always there, they have a huge debt carrying on, interest cost was around Rs 250 crore. Although they have plan to go for debt restructuring, but for something meaningful to happen it would take very long time."

"The stock is on a upper circuit, I would say that stay Put for the stock for at least two to three sessions when it continues to be in a upper circuit and try to get out of this stock as soon as possible. Switch to either some private sector bank or a midcap IT stock or even a large cap IT stock like Tech Mahindra , which has converted into a large cap after the merger of Mahindra Satyam ," he said.
