Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 18, 2013, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and also to consider declaration of an interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company. In event of the matter not being taken up at the said meeting, the Company would convene a meeting of Board of Directors on either October 19, 2013 or October 20, 2013, for the said matter.Source : BSE
