Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2013, to discuss and to take on record the payment consideration received from the proposed preferential allottees as per the EGM notice dated October 29, 2013, and for then Allotment of 74,45,000 (Seventy Four Lakhs Fourty five Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rs.Ten only) each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 7,44,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Crore Forty four Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) on preferential basis to persons other than promoters.Source : BSE
