Mr. Sameer Aggarwal has resigned from Directorship of the Company on January 30, 2014. The Board has accepted his resignation w.e.f. the conclusion of the Board Meeting dtd. January 30, 2014.2. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Angrez Singh Katoch as an independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 30, 2014.3. The Board of Directors of the Company has elected Mr. Anuj Rai Bansal, Independent Director as Chairman of Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee consequent upon the resignation of Mr. Sameer Aggarwal as Independent Director.4. The Board of Directors of the Company has elected Mr. Angrez Singh Katoch, Independent Director as Member of Remuneration Committee.5. Reconstituted the Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee comprising of following Members;- Audit Committee: Mr. Anuj Rai Bansal, Chairman, Mr. Jagat Mohan Aggarwal, Member, Mr. Dinesh Sharma, Member.- Investors Grievance Committee: Mr. Anuj Rai Bansal, Chairman, Mr. Jagat Mohan Aggarwal, Member, Mr. B.B.
