Hearing his bail plea, a Sessions Court in Mumbai has refused to grant bail to Jignesh Shah and his aide Shreekant Javelgekar.
A day after he was arrested in the NSEL scam, the promoter of the debt-ridden spot exchange, Jignesh Shah has been remanded to police custody till May 15.

Meanwhile, the additional commissioner at the economic offences wing at the Mumbai Police, Rajvardhan Sinha spoke exclusively to CNBC-TV18. Sinha, who is leading the investigations said Jignesh Shah tried to shift all the blame on people who have been arrested.
He also said that they have enough evidence to prove their claims. Sinha also denied rumours that money of NSEL investors has been siphoned abroad.
