Castrol India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014 to approve the un-audited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2014 (Q2) and to declare interim dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2014.
