Muthoot Fincorp's first NCD issue gets fully subscribed

Muthoot Fincorp, the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG)'s first public issue of CRISIL A rated Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), for Rs. 100 crores with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 100 crores aggregating to Rs. 200 cores, has been fully subscribed.

Muthoot Fincorp's first public issue of CRISIL A rated Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), for Rs 100 crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs 100 crore aggregating to Rs 200 core, has been fully subscribed. The issue with attractive interest rate between 10.75% to 12.00% p.a. depending on the investors' selected scheme, got fully subscribed 2 weeks in advance of the proposed original Closing Date.

Muthoot Fincorp, the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG); established in 1887, the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG) is a diversified conglomerate with an overwhelming presence in multiple verticals. It is a finance company that caters to the financial needs of retail and institutional customers.

The Lead Manager to the Issue was SMC Capitals Ltd. The Issue received very positive response from investors in the Retail, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) categories.
