Stay invested in TVS Motor: Dipan Mehta

Dipan Mehta, Member at BSE & NSE is of the view that one may stay invested in TVS Motor.

Dipan Mehta, Member at BSE & NSE told CNBC-TV18, "As investors of  TVS Motor we would like to remain invested and that would be the advice to other investors as well. However, making a fresh investment at these levels I do not think there is enough margin of safety. However, the company continues to deliver on the monthly sales figure as well as on the quarterly performances. So, one should look for opportunities at corrections to enter into a stock like TVS Motor."

"No doubt that two wheeler industry is extremely competitive but companies like TVS Motor and to an extent Eicher have carved a niche out for themselves by differentiated products and they continue to have performances which are better than the industry growth rates. So, to that extent I think markets are giving them that much higher PE multiple. As I said I think I would look at entering TVS Motor only perhaps at corrections," he added.
