Allsec Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, has transacted the following:- Mr. Aravinthan Wijay has consequent to a settlement agreement, surrendered his shares in the Company's Subsidiary Retreat Capital Management Inc & these Shares have been cancelled by the Company.
Allsec Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, has transacted the following:- Mr. Aravinthan Wijay has consequent to a settlement agreement, surrendered his shares in the Company's Subsidiary Retreat Capital Management Inc & these Shares have been cancelled by the Company. Consequently, Retreat Capital Management Inc has now become a 100% subsidiary of Allsec Technologies Limited.Source : BSE
